hmmm. I'm not sure why only my interests show up. I guess I'm a bit of a luddite. In case you are curious, I'm a former professional chef and cheesemonger gone bad. I'm picky, I'm critical, but I love food with all my heart. My favorite activity is visiting food artisans and taking pictures of their process and endeavors. My photos are taken with a Canon Digital Rebel that I bought about 4 years ago. And I like cooking. But I don't like photographing everything I cook. I don't use photoshop for three reasons: when I took photography in high school, my instructor said that the use of editing tools was lazy; I don't have photoshop; and, perhaps most importantly, I don't know how to use photoshop. And there you go.
